Most of us live either in the past or in the future. We STRESS ourselves worrying about things over which we have very little control.  We are not really aware of our lives in the present moment. Not REALLY aware.  Our minds are in constant flux.  The average person has an astonishing 65,000 thoughts per day!   Our  thoughts are like clouds.  They come and they go. Constantly.  We remove ourselves from the present moment, not fully here;  NOW.

Mindfulness training is more than just physical training. It is a vehicle for creating a balance of mind,body, and spirit.  Being truly alive to the moment by really BEING IN THE MOMENT. Experience the joy of the Child in us all.
